I have chosen this hotel primarily because of its location and it was a great choice. It is situated in a nice neighbourhood, with a lot of cosy little restaurants and supermarkets, away from the mass tourist crowds, within the walking distance of both Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Espanya, well connected with the central underground line L1 and close to the Aerobus station (which in my opinion is the most convenient way to travel to and from the airport). The room and the bathroom are both of an appropriate size, there is a refrigerator in the room and a closet with a plenty of space, bed was comfortable. Everything is nicely decorated and well maintained. Also, they fulfilled all my additional requirements regarding the room. Although there is traffic noise around hotel during the day and up to late night hours, the closed window provides a decent level of sound proof. I liked the fruit choice for breakfast and the fact they offer Nescafe.

Amazing hotel. I left a common before I came to the hotel to ask for a high-floor room with a good view. They did it. I was living on the highest floor, there was water and apples provided outside the room ( only on our floor I think). They provided a bottle of water every day. The staff were very helpful, they could answer all my question. We were there at 11am, the check in time should be 3 pm, but they allowed us to check in early, I am very satisfied on it. You can store your luggage after you check out. The check out time is 11am. The supermarket and the subway are very close to the hotel, it only takes 5-10mins to walk there. I bought a bottle of bear to the hotel, but I didn’t have the opener, and I asked for the staff, there provided the opener for me. I will give them 10/10 for their service and environment.

The location was good, close to metro stations, bus stations and walking distance to Plaza España and Plaza Catalunya. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom as well. The bathroom was equipped with all the amenities. We appreciated a lot being welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, apples, coffee and a bottle of water. They also left a new bottle of water in the room everyday, when they serviced the room. The breakfast was good, different options everyday, so we did not get bored. Hot water at the shower, good heating system in the room, great mattress (for our taste), huge bed! We loved the grapes they left in our room on New Year's Eve, very thoughtful! A great advantage for storing the luggage before check-in/after check-out!! Staff was very kind and helpful!

I had a double bed all to myself, very comfortable, in a room on the third floor. Very quiet and good insulation, I did not hear noise either from the street or the adjoining rooms. Bathroom also working fine. Breakfast was rich and in an adequate variety, with a very delightful maitre d' who tried to speak to everyone in their native language and make entertaining conversation. Staff was also very helpful and polite. Excelent neighborhood, some stores around. I had a splendid stay, in a magnificent city with very nice, accommodating people.

The staff is friendly, they helped us with the kettle and printing tickets for the concert and everything we needed. The breakfast is ok, good to save the time but nothing special. Room is nice and clean, we had cleaning every day. The street is quite noisy but with the closed window it’s quiet. Beds are really comfortable and coffeemechine in the room is perfect. The bathroom is absolutely clean though will be small for a big person.
